We currently have an opportunity for a People and Culture Graduate to join our team.
Contributing to a positive working environment and learning culture, this role will support our People & Culture team, with a focus on administrative support for the Learning and Development function.
What you'll do: Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS Contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities Clearly communicate training information to staff Liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedback Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters Provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requests Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication Provide overall support towards P&C initiatives and projects including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives.
