About the Role We have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Team for a Payroll Officer.
Working alongside the Payroll Manager, this role will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of payroll systems and processes, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction and overall success of the business Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of the entire payroll function (AU and NZ) Ensure legislative compliance Assist in the submission of Single Touch Payroll (STP) Support the management of superannuation, payroll tax, and work cover Maintain payroll system and data integrity Handle payroll queries and provide professional, customer-oriented service to employees Reconciliation and reporting Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments Key Requirements and Skills: 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role Experience using IChris desirable Strong deductive reasoning, logic, analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to juggle conflicting priorities; strong time management Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement Knowledge of payroll legislation Benefits & perks: At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
