Payroll Officer

Working with an organisation in Altona, we are looking for an experienced end to end payroll officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone with 2-4 years of experience running complex end to end payroll processes over several EBA's and a person who is passionate about payroll and growing their skills in this field. The role: Effectively processing end to end payroll across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments, setting up new hires, calculation and processing of termination payment and other deductions Assist with month end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax and workcover payments Provide timely, accurate payroll advice and support to employees and managers. The right candidate will have: 2-4 years end to end payroll experience Working with pay runs of over 300 employees Experience using any larger well-known payroll system, e.g SAP, Chris21, ADP, Preceda, Pay Global etc Experience using multiple awards and the ability to interpret EBAs A passion for payroll and a want to learn and grow your skillset High attention to detail and accuracy skills Great communication skills and the ability to form good internal relationships Intermediate excel skills The company: Located in Altona, with parking onsite 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home Salary depending on experience between $85,000-$90,000 + super Great training provided Candidates must have full unrestricted working rights If this role sounds of interest to you please apply today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
