With a team size of approximately 200, they are committed to providing a wide range of services to enhance and support the lives of refugees and asylum seekers in Australia. Job Description Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all staff, using knowledge of relevant EBAs and awards for the successful fortnightly payment. Assist in month-end closure and report generation. Perform account and bank reconciliation and assist with accounts payable/receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and data. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Support the finance manager and wider team with any ADHOC tasks. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Experience of at least 2 years in managing end-to-end payroll processes. Exposure to multiple EBAs and awards in a payroll setting, and knowledge of bank reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
