We are currently seeking skilled PCAs and Med-Endorsed Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a temporary or short-term contract basis, with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Administer medications and monitor health conditions under the supervision of registered nurses.
Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities.
Maintain accurate records of care and medication administration.
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements: Med-Endorsed PCA qualification or equivalent.
At least 6 months paid experience in an aged care setting.
Strong understanding of medication administration and health monitoring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
