Pega Architects- (Melbourne Based, Contract) We are partnering with a client to establish a dedicated architecture team for a significant, high-impact project. We are seeking experienced professionals who bring strong expertise in Pega development and architecture, with opportunities available for candidates proficient in Out Systems and Service Now as well. These are Melbourne-based contract roles, offering the chance to contribute to critical government initiatives. Security clearance is desired. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable Pega applications to support complex business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with existing systems. Develop comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to the overall system architecture. Provide guidance on best practices and ensure solutions adhere to federal government standards. Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Work alongside project stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. For Out Systems and Service Now developers: contribute similarly through architecture and development of applications tailored to these platforms. Key Skills and Experience: Pega Architect/Developer : Extensive experience with Pega platform development (CSA/CSSA certification preferred). Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and its components. Proficiency in designing Pega solutions, including case management, decisioning, and BPM frameworks. Out Systems and Service Now Developers (also considered): Demonstrated experience in application design and development using Out Systems or Service Now platforms. Ability to work on integration and customisation in line with government standards. Desirable Attributes: Experience working on large-scale projects within government or regulated industries. Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a high-functioning architecture team. Proficiency in leading architecture discussions and making strategic technical recommendations.
