Opportunity snapshot: As the Pega Decisioning Scientist for Customer Engagement, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI models utilizing Adaptive Models.
This role involves applying various analytical approaches, managing Simulation and Experimentation capabilities, and ensuring AI solutions are effectively integrated into production environments to enhance customer experiences across all communication channels.
Your Contribution: Lead the design, development, and technical support for AI models tailored to Customer Engagement.
Employ Adaptive Models and various analytical approaches to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
Oversee the implementation and management of Simulation and Experimentation capabilities.
Ensure these capabilities are effectively used to refine AI models and enhance their performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize performance and leverage AI models to solve complex problems.
Ensure AI model outputs are productionized and operationalized to improve the customer experience across all communication channels.
Regularly monitor and maintain Adaptive models and their predictions within the system.
Implement necessary adjustments to ensure models remain accurate and effective.
Lead the establishment of governance frameworks for AI usage in Customer Engagement.
Provide critical direction in Decisioning and Data Model Design to ensure scalable and process driven AI solutions.
Act as an industry expert in AI, helping stakeholders understand and leverage AI solutions' benefits.
Provide expertise in using Pega AI technology to automate standardized, repetitive, and rules-based processes.
Oversee both high- and low-level solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Guarantee the seamless deployment and stability of AI models in production.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in decisioning and analytics to maintain cutting-edge AI solutions.
Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) administration and support to the user base.
Act as the Product Owner and primary interface for AI model-related initiatives.
Qualifications, training & Experience 7-10+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning and Analytics experience.
Prior experience and solid understanding of Adaptive and Predictive models in Pega.
Deep understanding of Control group to measure performance.
Prior experience of setting up adaptive models on omni channel platform.
Prior experience of A/B testing and experimentation using Pega CDH.
Experience in setting up visual representation of Action performance using Pega data models.
Solid experience in representing Action distributions across channels.
Understanding of Impact Analyzer and Experimentation set up in Pega.
Understanding of Pega Gen AI capabilities.
Relevant Pega decisioning and system certifications.
Understanding of Simulation in Pega.
Experience in defining requirements for data modelling to support stakeholder's reporting requirements.
Sound exposure of Pega decisioning framework v8.7 onwards.
Strong understanding of marketing and campaign management from idea inception through execution and analysis.
Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
