Let's start with role Purpose:
As a key member of the P&C team, you will work closely with the team to drive the development and implementation of projects and programs. Reporting directly to the P&C Business Partner, you will be part of a values-driven company and play an instrumental part in the implementation of P&C strategies. Your role will be essential in creating an environment where employees thrive and feel valued and supported.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
Help develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
Lead initiatives such as HRIS and performance framework delivery.
Lead projects to enhance culture and engagement, including wellbeing programs.
Provide administrative support for P&C documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage full recruitment cycle for non-senior staff and internships.
Assist in employee relations matters and compensation programs.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Continuously improve P&C processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide timely advice to staff and managers on P&C matters.
Selection criteria:
Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on P&C advisor experience.
Have a proven track record in developing HR projects, reporting, organising training, managing the performance cycle, and researching processes to improve current practices.
Managing the admin responsibilities regarding all contracts & employee docs, onboarding tasks, etc.
Have strong knowledge of P&C laws and regulations.
Have proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
Have a Bachelor's degree.
