About the role What your days might look like As a People Operations Specialist, your mission will be to streamline processes, enhance employee development, and implement impactful people programs that align with our big, hairy, audacious goal (BHAG). What you'll be responsible for Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies HR Process Management and Improvement Implement and improve HR policies, technology, and initiatives HR Analytics and Advisory Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions Problem solving Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
