Join us on-site five days a week at our vibrant Support Office in South Yarra, where every day is an opportunity to make a difference! At Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional childcare services throughout Melbourne and its surroundings.
Established in Victoria in 2017, we now have 27 operational services, with plans to expand by opening an additional 30 centres over the next few years.
Aspire is on an exciting journey of growth, and we are inviting you to be a part of it! The Opportunity We are currently seeking an exceptional People Partner (HR Business Partner) to work across a national portfolio, supporting leaders within the business.
Reporting directly to the People & Talent Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our rapid expansion and help shape the future of our organisation by partnering with leaders and driving strategic people initiatives.
As the People Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing professional HR support across various functions such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Retention, Leadership Support, Employee Relations, OH&S, and Injury Management.
Additionally, candidates with experience in developing or renegotiating Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) will be highly regarded.

In this role, you will work to mitigate potential people risks and build leader capability.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic People & Talent projects, policies, and process rollouts.
The Difference You'll Make As part of the People & Talent team, you will play a critical role in driving key business outcomes by applying your expertise to create and implement tailored, effective people solutions.
In collaboration with senior leaders, and reporting to the People & Talent Manager, you will act as a strategic and trusted advisor, building a deep understanding of the business to help deliver our strategic people objectives.
With a solid background in employment relations, change management, and/or project management, you will navigate both strategic and operational challenges, driving meaningful change across the organisation, not just within the HR function.
About You To thrive in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrate expertise in applying HR and organisational theory to develop practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Possess strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to derive actionable insights from people metrics, business data, and engagement results.
Exhibit sound judgement in identifying key priorities and focusing your efforts where they will make the most significant impact.
