About the Role: Reporting into the Chief People Officer, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Performance, People and Culture Manager to join our team at DBG Health.
As the Performance, People and Culture Manager for your respective division, you will play a key role in shaping our culture and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Create and manage employee development programs to support career growth and skill development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and input on role and teams structures, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
Provide accurate and timely industrial and employee relations advice to people managers and team members.
Partner with the Capability Manager to identify learning and training strategies to address development needs.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members based on credibility and open communication.
Manage a team of 3 - People & Culture Business Partner, Advisor and Coordinator.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, within health or pharmaceutical industry highly desirable but not essential.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and legislations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships, shape culture and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field desirable.
