We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal administrative support to the Director of Teaching and Learning.
This role will also provide administrative support to the wider Teaching and Learning team (as outlined in the position description).
Areas of responsibility include diary management, tracking finances, setting up Teams files and communications, facilitating contact and meetings with relevant parties, and organising travel and catering as required.
With strong multitasking, communication, and detail-oriented skills, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and adaptability are key, along with a knack for learning new systems.
