In this role you will have the opportunity for autonomy working with clients in relation to a range of Personal Injury matters including a primary focus on Work Cover (approx.
60-65%), TAC (25%) and other PI matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):- Client interviews and taking instructions; Draft/prepare advice; Manage claims/files; Draft documents (e.g.
applications, orders, affidavits; disclosure/discovery); Attend mediations/negotiations and conciliations conferences as required; Liaise with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
