Join a dedicated team of Physiotherapists in a private practice located near Clayton in Melbourne.
In this role, you will work in a vibrant, established clinic environment, engaging with a diverse range of patients, from sports enthusiasts to those recovering from surgery.
You will assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and use your expertise in manual therapy and exercise-based interventions to promote recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the physical needs of patients Design and implement individualised treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal patient recovery Utilise evidence-based practices in your therapeutic approach Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-management techniques Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Availability to commence in October 2024 Registration with AHPRA Previous experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Commitment to continuous professional development Benefits: Competitive base salary + commission + annual bonus New Graduate package - $84k Supportive work environment with extensive opportunities for professional development and career advancement Great New Graduate program!
