Applying a variety of policies, practice guidelines, and legislation to make informed funding decisions that enhance participant plans and complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
Collaborating closely with clients and their representatives to identify current and future support needs, including informal, mainstream, and community support options, to achieve plan outcomes.
Coordinating with key stakeholders, to effectively deliver services to clients.
Addressing and resolving issues and complaints related to plans.
