About the Role
As the Planning and Engagement Coordinator, you'll be the dynamic heart of our Planning and Assurance team. From supporting our planning cycle and communicating people initiatives to finessing reports and coordinating our workspaces, you'll be working across a large and diverse portfolio. Your role is to elevate our communications while supporting the delivery of a range of initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop presentations, reports, and communications materials; coordinate internal events and workspace management.
Develop and deliver engaging communications across a large and diverse portfolio.
Conduct research to inform projects, reports, and presentations.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will excel in crafting clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in developing and executing internal communications plans, managing events, and creating impactful visual materials is essential. This role requires a collaborative and curious team player with exceptional research and problem-solving abilities.
You will also have:
A degree in business, science, arts or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly internal communications for stakeholders of different levels (broad staff audience, senior stakeholders, formal and informal).
Experience developing and executing internal communications plans, preparing and executing engaging staff events.
