What You'll Do:
Lead with Impact:
Shape and manage our 6-month and 6-week sales plans, driving success through strategic input from Purchasing, Customer Services, and Operations.
Master Production:
Implement and oversee a Master Production Schedule, ensuring alignment with key business sales targets and operational limitations.
Drive Performance:
Level load the executable sales plan within our MRP system, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and performance improvements.
Champion Excellence:
Develop into an MRP "super user" and mentor the Planning Team, supporting ERP projects and driving business optimization.
What We're Looking For:
SIOP Expertise:
Proven ability to lead and execute Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
MRP Mastery:
Deep understanding of MRP parameters and functionality with solid analytical skills.
Problem Solver:
Skilled in anticipating production needs and solving practical problems under pressure.
Tech Savvy:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Leader & Team Player:
Demonstrated experience in works order control, traceability, and leading cross-functional teams.
Communicator:
Excellent business writing skills with the ability to influence and build relationships effectively.
