Division Boral Resources VIC P/L Department QUARRIES VIC Work type Permanent - full time Location Melbourne Position Overview We're excited to offer a permanent, full-time Night Shifts position for a skilled Plant Operator to join our dedicated team at Bacchus Marsh Quarry.
As the newest member, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our quarry mobile and fixed plant equipment.
Your day will involve: Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck and/or Front End Loader) safely and efficiently.
Manage the operation of the wash plant with precision.
Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
What are we looking for? Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
Available to work Sunday to Friday.
