Plumber Full Time, Permanent Location: Derby Salary: 31,814 - 35,750 per annum Sellick Partnership is working with an organisation within the education sector based in Derby who are seeking an experienced plumber to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role of the Plumber will involve carrying out a range of plumbing works on both commercial and domestic properties.
Responsibilities of the Plumber include: Changing expansion vessels within student accommodation in line with new legislation.
Receiving work orders and completing them to required timescales.
Liaising with tenants and staff in relation to the completion of tasks.
Ensuring that work is completed to an agreed timescale.
Constantly ensuring that health and safety is adhered to.
The successful Plumber will possess: Unvented Water (Desirable) WRAS - Water Regs (Desirable) L8 Legionella (Desirable) NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (Essential) Full UK Drivers License (Essential) Benefits of the Plumbing role: 38 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
