About the position St Francis Xavier College is seeking student-centred, dedicated, and courageous professionals to collaborate with and inspire student growth and achievement.

This position is until the end of the 2027 school year and holds a POL 4 allowance and 1000 minutes of release time per cycle.
The successful applicant will also receive ongoing employment as a Classroom Teacher.
The Student Wellbeing Team Leader leads the Head of House Team and supports their work to be responsible for the wellbeing of students in their House.
The Student Wellbeing Team Leader offers one to one and team coaching and support for the Head of House Team in order to build their capacity to address the specific needs of the students in their care.
The Student Wellbeing Team Leader works closely with the Director of Student Wellbeing to ensure successful implementation of strategies that support staff to enable student wellbeing.
They require a deep understanding of the principles that impact wellbeing.
