Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time A fantastic opportunity awaits a passionate individual to lead the People & Culture function within our Porsche dealership group and premium car operations.
This is both a strategic and operationally focused role best suited to a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and growth-focused environment.
You will operate as a trusted member of the Porsche dealership group's leadership team, while also being a member of a large People & Culture team supporting Penske's diversified business locally and globally.
In this role you will play a leadership role in a wide range of exciting business opportunities, including business transformation, acquisition, and growth.
You will be comfortable operating at the shop floor to the boardroom.
In this role you will: Provide a full range of professional, business-focused HR services Support the development of leadership capability and coach managers and supervisors on organisational initiatives.
Design and deploy performance-centric incentive structures, development programs and policies Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning Partner with specialists across Penske's HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Health, Safety, Environment teams About you: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field Demonstrated experience in HR generalist and leadership role/s Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work autonomously Strong influencing and negotiation skills Proven ability to build rapport with employees and managers at all levels Automotive or related industry experience is desirable Penske Automotive Group is part of the global Penske Automotive Group.
