As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to join their esteemed team.
The Benefits: Hybrid working model People first, collaborative culture Attractive salary package including lucrative staff discounts The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the PR & Communications Manager will take lead on brand communications, focusing on PR strategy, messaging, and managing relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
Main duties include: Develop and lead the annual PR plan, addressing global and local market needs.
Cultivate strong relationships with key media across long-lead, short-lead, mainstream, trade, and digital outlets to maximize coverage.
Collaborate with the Manager to plan and execute seasonal press days.
Ensure alignment with brand messaging by managing internal and external communications, while monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
Coordinate with PR agencies for events and other activities.
Oversee the PR Executive in handling daily press requests and managing sample loans for editorial coverage.
Manage the organisation of press samples and maintain an efficient press room.
Support the creation of media plans in line with global and local strategies, maintaining strong media relationships.
Provide local market insights, advertising materials, and reports to HQ as needed.
Skills and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in PR and Communications, within the retail industry is highly regarded.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
A self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on driving tangible outcomes and results.
