About the role The Principal Adviser, Organisational Capability and Insights supports the Manager, Organisational Capability and Insights, through their advanced expertise, modelling of organisational values and reliable delivery of high-quality analytic products.
What you'll be responsible for Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters.
Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization's goals and meet compliance requirements.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
