Principal, Business Improvement .
Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management & Operational Excellence, this key position within our asset group offers an outstanding opportunity to shape our future.
This dynamic, independent role offers the opportunity to collaborate across our entire organisation including both surface and underground mining operations, driving the development and execution of impactful improvement programs. You'll play a key role in adding value, mitigating risk, and enhancing cost efficiencies across our diverse operations.
As a trusted specialist advisor, you'll identify, review, and implement key initiatives, while developing and sharing improvement frameworks and support structures that guide and empower our operational leaders and teams.
We are seeking a professional with relevant qualifications and experience, an objective and investigative mindset, well-developed engagement skills, and a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement. Applicants with a deep understanding of the interdependencies between various functions of a mining operation and knowledge of operational risk will be viewed favourably.
