The Opportunity This role is an opportunity to lead Australia's construction industry towards a more sustainable future by using the company's existing clients and applying your exceptional leadership skills and industry influence.
This role will facilitate collaboration between developers, new technologies, and funding models and support our clients during the transition toward net-zero energy buildings.
Reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the MD, the Principal ESD Consulting Manager is responsible for supporting the roll-out of new services in areas of your passion (these may include Green Star, NABERS WELL, Passive House, Daylight and Solar access studies and Building Services Engineering), while maintaining the company's existing residential and commercial consulting services.
This role will manage existing consulting teams, focusing on exceptional service delivery and project profitability for our broad range of building industry clients.
As a leadership position, this role will suit someone who has overseen building project delivery in a design phase (from a client or consulting side), is highly experienced in client management and can lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver best-in-class sustainability solutions.
