This role will be primarily focussed on supporting the delivery of the landmark North East Link. Providing high quality and pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of legal areas, including project delivery and construction issues, land planning and environment matters, project interfaces and stakeholder arrangements. Applying your specialist legal skills working with an excellent and supportive Commercial and Legal team on complex and sensitive legal matters and advising on significant project issues in a dynamic environment. Developing, drafting and reviewing a range of documentation and briefings for a range of internal and external audiences. Playing an active part in the broader MRPV legal team, effectively utilising specialist skills and sharing knowledge. Proactively establishing and maintaining trusted relationships within MRPV and the broader Victoria Infrastructure Delivery Authority, and with a range of other relevant stakeholders.
