As a key member of our Surety Practice, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward and enhancing client relationships.

We will count on you to: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective strategies to meet client expectations and to grow your client portfolio.
Possess a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risk management, and financial needs.
Have an enquiring and flexible mindset to solving client needs.
Work with the Team Leader to prepare, manage, implement and achieve business plans, strategies and goals.
Represent and uphold MMC's values to clients, colleagues and key counterparties.
Contribute to the company's profit objectives by effectively managing revenue and expense budgets.
What we're looking for: 6+ years experience in managing a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients, creating and converting new business and growth opportunities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications with a strong understanding of business, finance, accounting and ideally bank guarantees and surety bonds.
Sound business acumen, including a well-rounded knowledge of key macro factors affecting companies and the sectors they operate in.
Proven or developing business development capability.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations, including the C-suite, as well as internal Marsh stakeholders.
