Role We're recruiting a Product Analyst to help us understand our customers' behaviour, uncover future opportunities, and inform the product roadmap.
Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to track and analyse user behaviour across the Chrome browser extension, i OS app, and Android app.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to user engagement, retention, and overall product usage.
Generate detailed reports and insights that inform product decisions and strategy.
Product Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behaviour.
Analyse the impact of new features, updates, and marketing campaigns on user engagement and product performance.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimise product features, user flows, and overall experience.
User Behavior & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth user segment analysis to understand user journeys and identify opportunities for personalisation and targeted improvements.
Track user cohorts over time to assess retention rates, churn, and the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Identify key user segments that drive the most value and suggest strategies to enhance their experience.
Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to provide data-driven insights for product development and prioritisation.
Collaborate on designing and implementing A/B tests, experiments, and user feedback loops to validate hypotheses and optimise product features.
Ensure that product decisions are grounded in data, helping to align the product roadmap with user needs and business goals.
Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collected across all platforms (Chrome extension, i OS, and Android apps).
Implement and maintain best data collection, tagging, and analysis practices to ensure high data quality.
Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
User Experience (UX) Insights: Analyse user feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify common pain points and areas for improvement.
Provide insights into how users interact with the product, including navigation patterns, feature usage, and drop-off points.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimise the user interface based on data-driven insights.
Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics: Utilise predictive analytics to forecast user behaviour and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Develop models to predict user churn, lifetime value, and other key metrics influencing product strategy.
Provide prescriptive analytics to recommend actions to improve user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders across the organisation, including product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that can drive decision-making.
Regularly communicate the impact of data-driven decisions on product performance and business outcomes.
