We bring brands to life! The opportunity The Product Coordinator - Designworks is responsible for supporting the Senior Development Manager and Design team towards achieving product development and production milestones in line with the critical path.
The Product Coordinator is required to establish strong working relationships with suppliers, team members and other departments within the organization.
Role Responsibilities: Create art-sheets for each production style ensuring details are clearly communicated and accurate.
Manage the sample register for Designworks team, customers and licensors.
Track and manage product development & delivery once order is placed.
Manage milestone reports in 3 Clicks product maintenance system.
Manage production materials including range boards, commerce markings, ticketing, packing instructions, etc.
by retailer, by brand.
Manage product uploads process on retailer's websites - upload product imagery and descriptions.
Track production submissions and approvals.
Liaise with marketing on content & photography needs.
Support team to fulfil administrative tasks for each retailer.
Become liaison interface for internal teams – Quality Assurance, Licensing and Marketing.
The skills and experience you offer us: Proficient in MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Outlook – Illustrator beneficial) Strong eye for product and attention to detail is essential.
Effective relationship building skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Ability to work constructively in a team environment.
Strong initiative.
Experience working in a wholesale environment or garment manufacturing experience.
Knowledge / passion for fashion industry.
