About the role We're seeking a Product Manager – Rewards to define and maintain the Rewards product vision and drive the product roadmap from early stage to scale.

As our Product Manager - Rewards, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

Day-to-day, you will: Develop a product vision and strategic roadmap, creating buy-in and inspiring squads to bring the vision and roadmap to life.
Clearly articulate and translate the product vision from big picture down to the finer details including the product roadmap.
Facilitate collaboration across the program including product owners, designers, engineers for input and alignment on the product strategy and roadmap.
Support the delivery squads in prioritising tasks or features in a way that puts the needs of members first, while taking into account business requirements.
Ensure the effective delivery of team activities, such as ideation, discovery, requirements clarification activities, product showcases and agile ceremonies.
Coordinate the investigation, selection, and prioritisation of the highest value product initiatives across the Rewards eco-system.
Ensure extensive use of data, analytics, member & employee feedback, member journey maps, member complaints and issues, user research and business intelligence tools, to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of product owners, designers, and engineers.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Great communication and interpersonal skills – Building collaborative, productive and trusting internal and external stakeholder relationships through the effective use of influencing and networking skills.
Previous experience as a product manager with a focus on loyalty programs or customer-centric products.
Proven senior-level experience in product management within a marketplace or platform.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Possess strong project management skills, including an ability to hold your program stakeholders accountable to high standards and manage risk.
Ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced and digital-first environment, with a start-up mindset and value focus.
Proven experience managing and coaching a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience working with Loyalty/Rewards teams is a plus.
Prior experience at an early/growth stage startup would be advantageous.
