In this newly created role as Product Manager , you will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Product. You will work closely with the client-facing Distribution and Marketing teams, Sustainability and Boutique Partnerships function. Together, you will ensure the success of Warakirri's products across the various client channels. This is an exciting opportunity to manage product initiatives and lifecycle management for Warakirri's suite of investment products. We offer hybrid working arrangements. Job Description About your new job In this role, you will be responsible for both ongoing product management of existing funds and the development and implementation of new products. You will work closely with the business to ensure product competitiveness, contribute to the product design process, and make recommendations around pricing and product features. This is a forward-looking role, with opportunities to bring new products to market and grow alongside new mandates in Warakirri's multi-boutique structure. Key responsibilities include: Support the organisation's product landscape, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of the product management framework. Support the development and execution of product strategies that align with the business's objectives and market needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, distribution and portfolio management teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development and enhancements. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product disclosure statements (manage PDS rolls), TMDs and other offer documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Facilitate product training and support for internal stakeholders including the distribution team and external partners to ensure a deep understanding of product features and benefits. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring products meet market demands and identifying areas for further innovation. Qualifications About you A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in product management within financial services, ideally in asset management. An understanding of the regulatory environment for retail and wholesale investment products. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset. You can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. The role requires some travel between Warakirri's Melbourne and Sydney offices from time to time. Additional Information What makes Warakirri unique?
