The Opportunity Join Bupa as a Product Owner – CRM.
You are the 'glue' between our customers, our business, and our delivery teams.
You will understand customer needs and the business' goals and represent these in the CRM domain.
You'll work with key stakeholders to ensure Bupa is building the right products and with our delivery teams to ensure we are building those products in the right way.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office.
(Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements with a blended working from office and working from home arrangement).
Make an Impact at Bupa As a Product Owner – CRM within our Health Insurance business, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Health Insurance CRM (Apollo) capabilities, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap.
Your leadership and expertise will drive the delivery of innovative solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals.
By collaborating with various business stakeholders and jointly with the Delivery Manager leading a delivery squad, you will help shape the future of Bupa's CRM strategy.
How you will add value: Lead Transformational Projects: Jointly lead an Apollo Delivery Squad with the Delivery Manager to deliver key capabilities for Bupa Health Insurance, prioritised through the Change Delivery Hub and Strategic CRM Governing body.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with Business Input/Output's, Squad leaders, and Stream sponsors to understand their priorities and provide thought leadership on achieving future state strategies via the CRM (Apollo).
Customer and Consultants at the heart of the Apollo CRM Design: Be a customer centric leader in discovery, design and business implementation phases of each CRM initiative delivery, ensuring that the cornerstone design principles of putting the customer, consultant/user experience and operational efficiency at the heart of each Apollo delivery are met.
Governance and Reporting: Be an active member of the Design Authority Forum, reporting on progress against the Apollo Foundations Roadmap, outlining risks/issues, and seeking support to meet timelines.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with the Technology Delivery Lead to report on external vendor team outputs, ensuring quality and capability metrics are met, and manage vendor expectations as needed.
Business Analysis and Design: Lead the Business Team and Apollo Design Team to translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories, gaining business sign-off and guiding the Delivery Team.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and outline upgrades or business improvements to be considered as additional features or enhancements, working in close collaboration with the Business Leaders accountable for the ongoing execution of the business processes supported by the Apollo CRM platform to identify these opportunities.

You are a strategic thinker and have a growth mindset with a proven track record of leading transformational business changes.
Your ability to lead delivery teams will be crucial in driving Bupa's CRM strategy forward.
To be considered for this role you will have: Proven Product Skills: Demonstrated capability in a Product Owner role, leading transformational business changes through business processes, ideally within CRM.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading delivery and UX design teams, applying lean, human-centred design, and agile methods to solution design and delivery.
Operational Expertise: Understanding of complex operational environments and experience working in an Agile delivery environment, focusing on incremental value delivery.
Innovative Problem Solving: Experience in applying lean, human-centred design and agile methods to solution design and delivery, with a problem-solving and "what's possible" mindset.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to extract and elicit requirements and address problems in customer experiences.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong written, verbal communication, and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver complex transformational change across multiple business areas.
