The Opportunity
The Product Owner plays a critical role in driving the success of student facing products by leading a cross-functional team and subject matter experts (SMEs) through all phases of development. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a self-driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet student, teacher and business needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to the growth of our organisation.
About You
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role, demonstrating successful leadership in cross-functional and Agile environments.
Strong understanding of UX, UI and accessibility best practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated expertise in managing senior stakeholders, with strong facilitation and influencing skills.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe is advantageous.
