Product Manager- HCM
We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join one of our clients in the Education Sector. You will be leading the delivery of all HCM software solutions for this organisation. This is a 6m contract.
Some key responsibilities:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, encompassing the collection and prioritization of both product and business requirements.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the current enterprise HCM landscape and its associated challenges.
Analyze and manage the assigned product portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities for rationalization.
Define and implement the product roadmap for the designated portfolio.
Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success, driving ongoing improvements based on data-driven insights.
Create compelling product documentation to support launches and to inform and educate stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Work with the implementation vendor team, Diocesan IT Managers, VCEA, and various internal teams within the organisation during the rollout of the HCM solution.
Manage the end-to-end release process of products, including overseeing communication and training activities.
Actively listen to user feedback and address product suggestions.
Utilize various tools and techniques, including continuous discovery, to identify improvement opportunities, lead research, and plan for product enhancements and innovations.
Perform other related duties as needed.

To succeed in this position you will have:
Extensive and relevant experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the HCM domain.
In-depth knowledge of HCM processes, compliance standards, and industry practices.
Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations, training materials, and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Deep commitment to and understanding of the values, ethos, and mission of Catholic Education.
Must have a valid WWCC
