About the Role Within the Buy and Own a Home team in ANZ Plus you will be responsible for our "Online" home loan application.
Your team's mission is to create a simple, transparent and world-class home loan application experience on the web, one that gives our customers confidence as they pursue their dream of home ownership and delivers a high degree of automation.
Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Docklands, Melbourne Work Hours: Full time What could your day look like? Help to re-imagine how the home loan application process works.
Working hand in glove with other Product Owners you will: Guide squads (up to 4) to use new technology to build a flexible and automated online home loan application process that delivers a strong customer experience, lowers our cost to serve, and is easy to monitor and control.
Help the team align, document and articulate the vision into business/technical requirements that our engineering teams can build, test and implement.
Drive the features that contribute to the evolving roadmap of the team.
Lead cross-squad and/or cross program deliverables that drive the right customer and business outcomes.
Own and drive all home loan applications fulfilled via the web and their related experiences and capabilities.
Be the subject matter expert on all things web as it relates to home loan applications.
Identify, document and manage risks, issues and decisions.
Be a leader and mentor for team members, to create a more engaging and fulfilling working environment.
Help drive agile practices to ensure a sustainable pace is achieved within the squads.
What will you bring? Deep understanding of how home loan applications work and passionate on how the processes that enable them can be transformed.
Hands-on Product Owner experience in a technology led environment.
You are confident in your knowledge of the current regulations that apply to the home loan process.
A willingness to test and transform the status quo; you're energized by building new customer solutions and making improvements to existing value propositions.
Lead from the centre approach to culture building.
You stretch outside of your remit and help out where necessary.
