What you do: Our Platform and Dev Ops team is a key enabler for our engineering and wider technology group to implement aligned development, deployment and operational practices and increase velocity and confidence for software delivery.
As a Product Owner for the team, you will be accountable for setting the vision and strategy for our development experience and integration/delivery platforms to support multiple technology teams.
Working with internal and external technology and business stakeholders, you will develop clear platform product roadmaps that contribute to and are aligned with the i Select strategy.
By leading and collaborating with delivery partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time to realise maximum value for technology teams, the company and partners.
You will have a key focus on promoting the internal value of your team, being a genuine advocate of your products and managing their respective lifecycle.
What you need: Extensive commercial experience as a technical product owner, driving the strategy and vision for Integration, Developer Experience, CI/CD or similar platforms.
Background either in development, moving into a product owner role or a seasoned product owner with exceptional record of delivering new or enhanced features in the above-mentioned areas.
Successfully developed product vision, goals and roadmaps, represented the true ownership of designated product(s) in an organisation.
Strong understanding of and appreciation for industry-accepted security practices in software development, delivery and operations.
Experienced in Scrum agile and understand the importance of your role within the scrum team.
Proven capability in customer journey & user story mapping and grooming backlogs of work with the scrum team to define a meaningful path forward for them.
Strong stakeholder management skills - building relationships with stakeholders to successfully manage expectations from business - keeping communication easy and transparent regarding product outcomes.
