YOUR ROLE
Be a part of the journey in this newly created role, as we transition across to a new Talent CRM. We are looking for a Talent Product Owner Specialist who will manage the implementation, prioritization, continuous improvement, and backlog of IAG Talent Systems and be the conduit between the teams across Talent Acquisition, Product, and Technology Delivery.
You will review vendor product roadmaps, release notes, analytics, customer feedback, industry trends, emerging technology, and business-led improvement ideas to provide input into the generation and prioritization of initiatives.
This is a
permanent
opportunity and can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience working with Talent Acquisition systems.
Understanding of the impact of Talent Acquisition systems on the total delivery of HR services in a business environment.
Demonstrated platform management experience in large People & Culture functions delivering on BAU learning, transformational change programs, large system/IT implementations, large process change programs.
Demonstrated expertise in consulting on Talent Acquisition solutions to extremely high standards within large project environments.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and across all levels of the business with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in the implementation of Talent Acquisition systems (ATS/CRM).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience in system upgrades & UAT.
Qualifications in Human Resource Management/Information Technology.
