They are currently looking to speak with experienced Manufacturing professionals that are able to demonstrate their technical strength across Automation & Robotics, preferably within a fast paced manufacturing business.
Reporting through to the Group Manufacturing Manager, you will lead and manage the entire manufacturing operation.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Ensuring Health & Safety are maintained as a primary focus across the areas of people and quality.
The strategic execution of all manufacturing activities across the business.
The training and development of staff across multiple teams.
The ongoing management of CI projects to ensure that site practices remain at the leading edge of industry practice.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate: A strong technical background (relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable).
Previous experience in the use & implementation of Automation & Robotics within your scope of expertise.
Solid commercial/financial acumen and experience in budgeting/expenditure management within a similar role.
Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to develop a team of future talent around you.
