In this role, you will lead a growing team of eight employees and oversee the production of high-quality customized architectural products for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with our foreman and project manager to align our dynamic production schedule and meet deadlines.
Oversee and manage production operations in a fast-paced, fluid, and evolving environment.
Take ownership of production processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Inspire and engage our team to consistently achieve and exceed targets through effective collaboration and shared efforts.
Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to the ever-changing demands of client sites, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Experience & Qualifications: Experience on the role: A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
A solid understanding of manufacturing principles, particularly in custom and metal fabrication.
Team Development: Cultivate growth by mentoring the production team to enhance performance and align development with business objectives.
Safety Compliance: Understanding of safety regulations and practices relevant to metal fabrication.
Effective communicator: Engage with our clients to understand custom specifications, while skillfully adjusting production schedules to address site challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Focus on refining processes to increase efficiency and drive innovation.
Business Growth Experience: Experience assisting a business in expanding its operations.
You will play a pivotal role in scaling our production processes.
Project Planning: Plan, schedule, and oversee custom manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to both our standards and client specifications.
Adaptability: Thrive in environments with frequent schedule changes, adjusting priorities as needed and support a dynamic production flow.
Metrics & KPIs: Proficient in developing, analyzing, and reporting production metrics and KPIs, with a focus on implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency.
Budget & Cost Control: Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lean Manufacturing: Ability to help us implement Lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to meet client specifications and industry standards.
Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement, deliveries, materials, and inventory to maintain production flow and avoid delays.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software for scheduling, tracking progress, and resource allocation.
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, with knowledge of engineering tolerances.
