About the role A newly created opportunity for a Production Planner has arisen at our Dandenong South distribution centre.
You'll be empowered to drive the development and implementation of production planning process for Quite Like (QL) to ensure both efficient production flow and optimal staffing levels against customer order volumes.

What you'll be doing Reporting to the Operations Lead you'll: • Develop and execute a production plan based on existing / future levels of labour efficiency and considering supply chain constraints • Drive fact-based analysis of resource planning performance and adjust attributes in the resource planning tool as required.
• Work collaboratively to identify, prioritise and implement process to improve site KPI's.
About you and your skills You have 2 - 5 years' experience in a Production / Resource Planning role coming from a manufacturing / distribution centre or operational environment.
Proven in reporting and analysing labour scheduling through a commercial lens in a fast-moving environment, you can identify & drive continuous Improvement initiatives.
Importantly, you have experience performing advanced data analysis with tools like Excel / GSheets.
You can develop reporting using tools like Power BI / Tableau and use the data to influence business decisions.
You'll also have: • Experience working with system Labour Planning tools, ideal not mandatory.
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideal.
• Exposure to lean transformation and Lean Six Sigma principles, ideal not mandatory.
• Ability to work in agile management frameworks.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
