We are looking for an experienced Production Shift Leader who is looking to make a real impact and wanting to grow their career.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the daily shift plan whilst maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, cost, delivery and environment.
In this role, you will identify and support process improvements and develop your team members to create a highly successful team.
This role will operate on a rotating shift pattern including both day and night shifts.
This role will allow you to utilise your strong leadership and mentoring skills.
About you Tertiary Qualifications in Business, management, Food Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience gained at a Senior Level in an FMCG food or beverage production environment.
Strong leadership capability and ability to lead change.
Extensive knowledge of GMP process ideally within dairy manufacturing.
Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern across days and nights.
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Desire to coach and mentor team members.
