NET. Strong understanding and application of OOPs, software & web development & design patterns; event-driven, asynchronous & parallel programming concepts, and best practices.
Basic experience in developing middleware, REST API integration and popular messaging platforms (e.g.
Rabbit MQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, etc).
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing and complete SDLC.
Experience developing SPA web applications using Angular 2+, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with Type Script, Java Script, CSS3, and HTML5.
Ability to work efficiently with remote teams using technology and highly motivated to collaborate with the team while managing their own time very well.
Flexibility to work with overlapping schedules with dispersed teams on various time zones.
Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines on an as needed basis.
Strong communicator with ability to articulate technical concepts to business and document.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Developer and Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the below activities: Lead the development of applications with the support of a small team and fostering strong working relationships with immense collaboration and ownership.
Hands on day-to-day development using the skills, performing code reviews.
Actively conduct/participate in daily scrums, ensuring the delivery of the committed work by maintaining proper code quality and following the necessary security standards.
Develop applications based on planning, refinement/grooming, mockups, and user stories.
Understanding logical architectures of applications and using best practices & design principles.
Utilizing Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for builds & releases.
Contribute by being a team player, collaborate and participate in pair or mob programming p.r.n.
Collaborate effectively with team members to quickly extract core issues, and help resolve them.
Work with the application support teams for deployments and to resolve high priority issues.
Coaching other developers and sharing your knowledge with the team, inspire & motivate them.
Proactively assist in the delivery of several projects, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Train and lead staff, including resources across technical capabilities and in delivery centers worldwide.
