Your new role: We have an exciting new contract opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving cultural uplift through innovative design thinking.
Reporting directly to the Squad Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging discussions with our thought leaders and stakeholders, challenging conventional thinking, and exploring transformative options that enhance our organizational approach.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our design thinking initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Please note that this is a 12-week, daily rate engagement with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate meaningful discussions and possible workshops that promote the understanding and application of design thinking principles across teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of design thinking processes ensuring that teams have a clear reference to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify challenges and opportunities, guiding them toward innovative solutions.
Capture, document, and present insights and recommendations for socialisation and approval from senior-level stakeholders using tools like Miro and Power Point.
