Your new Role and Team: Caraniche's Program Design & Evaluation team develops & evaluates evidence-based therapeutic and training programs for delivery across different areas within Caraniche, WISE Employment and for external customers from government and social service sectors.
The Program Design & Evaluation Specialist role is an opportunity to draw on your clinical knowledge / experience to contribute to the development and evaluation of programs and training packages.
The role can be either full or part-time and will be a hybrid position working from Abbotsford Head Office and from home.
What we are looking for: Relevant tertiary qualification and experience ideally within Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field Demonstrated experience in program or training design or in program evaluation Strong research, written and organisational skills Experience in therapeutic programs or training delivery is advantageous We are ready to hear from you: Caraniche has a culture of belonging and we value differences.
