About the Role: This exciting new role will take your leadership to the next level! As a Program Leader Level 3, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our most complex programs, including SDA and MTA, and supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team focused on achieving quality outcomes and successful community transitions for participants.
Your leadership will not only drive positive change but also foster a safe, supportive environment for your team and the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership to Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers, driving high-quality service delivery.
Oversee and enhance complex programs (SDA, MTA), ensuring the best support for participants with behaviours of concern.
Develop and implement individualised support plans in collaboration with a skilled team of professionals.
Maintain accountability for resources, including staffing and budgets, ensuring efficient program operations.
Ensure all programs comply with DCV's policies, service agreements, and NDIS standards.
Address incidents and participant complaints proactively, fostering a client-centred approach.
Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners.
Support the growth of the SIL program, including the setup of new homes and ensuring efficient operations.
Promote DCV at expos, public events, and forums, showcasing our commitment to inclusive community living.
What You Bring: Qualifications: Certificate IV in Disability (required), Diploma-level qualification in a relevant sector (preferred).
or Experience: 3+ years in a leadership or management role within the disability sector, particularly in complex programs (SDA, MTA).
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
Strong understanding of NDIS regulations, WH&S, behaviour support, and SDA programs.
High level of computer literacy, with experience in cloud-based systems, MS Office, and rostering systems.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid Driver's License.
