About the role The Program Manager, Building and Construction is responsible for multiple program areas, providing leadership and management of activities to staff delivering teaching programs within Service Industries and Built Environment.
In addition to having accountability for delivery of quality education, positive student experiences, and customer outcomes.
You will: Lead a multi-disciplinary teaching team to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.
Manage recruitment, induction, probation, and 'Your growth matters' Workday based performance review process for staff.
Lead and manage the planning, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of VET programs.
Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling, development, implementation, and delivery of programs.
About you You will possess professional knowledge and a strong understanding of regulatory and contractual requirements in the VET sector with considerable experience in effective leadership and management of staff.
In addition, you will have demonstrated ability to lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of innovative, customised, high-quality vocational education and training.
You will possess: Knowledge and application of Training and Assessment Strategies.
Ability to propose and implement a range of programs/courses for future delivery.
Ability to manage and monitor budgets and contribute to commercial targets.
Demonstrated understanding and application of the ASQA's RTO standards and proven ability to meet these standards in an operational setting.
