We license lawyers and oversee service standards and conduct.
This includes handling complaints about lawyers, investigating poor conduct and overseeing management of trust accounts.

What role are you recruiting for? We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Regulatory Management System Delivery Program Team.
In this Digital Transformation leadership role, you will be responsible for the delivery of the RMS program of work transforming VLSB+C's core systems into a new CRM including future state architecture, business requirements, implementation of new systems and other systems as required.

We are looking for candidates with the following: Strong demonstrated experience leading digital change management practices and embedding effective change management into program delivery and engagement across an organisation At least 5 years experience leading organisation wide complex IT transformation projects/programs Strong leadership and significant experience leading transformational programs of work in digital transformation or system aggregation How are you different from other organisations?
