Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Regulatory Management System Delivery Program Team.
In this Digital Transformation leadership role, you will be responsible for the delivery of the RMS program of work transforming VLSB+C's core systems into a new CRM, including future state architecture, business requirements, implementation of new systems, and other systems as required.
Candidate Profile We're looking for passionate and driven people to work with us as we continue to enhance our services to the Victorian public.
We are looking for candidates with the following: Strong demonstrated experience leading digital change management practices and embedding effective change management into program delivery and engagement across an organisation.
At least 5 years experience leading organisation-wide complex IT transformation projects/programs.
Strong leadership and significant experience leading transformational programs of work in digital transformation or system aggregation.
