Job Description Benefits Become SME for our internal cost tracking software (Linked Site)Work across our 3 offices in Bundoora, Watsonia and Collingwood Join a VIC Big Build Project – The M80 Ring Road Global business with a big pipeline of work nationally The Project The M80 Ring Road Alliance (comprising ACCIONA, MACA, and AECOM) has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion.
The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link.
Works includes the construction of 14 kilometres of new lanes, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping.
This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.
Position Summary Linked Site is project management software developed by ACCIONA to capture costs, quantity and performance information in real time at the lowest level to enable informed conversations around production, productivity, geospatial monitoring, chain of responsibility compliance, sustainability, safety, procurement management, event management, cost and revenue forecasting and planning and scheduling.
The Linked Site Administrator will contribute to the achievement of the project, by providing guidance, training and support, to effectively capture daily quantity, cost and productivity data to improve decision making.
Key accountabilities for the position Be a strong vocal advocate of Linked Site, highlighting the benefits of the system to both internal and external users Maintain open and proactive communications with both subcontractors, suppliers and project staff to ensure a highly efficient and accurate capturing of costs for works performed on the project sites.
Manage a small portfolio of subcontractors using Linked Site, ensuring that processing is completed in a timely manner and ensuring compliance with Security of Payment Act where applicable Highlighting variations to executed contracts with the relevant Contracts Administrator, ensuring rates are adjusted accordingly and in a timely manner Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the Alliance Linked Site administration including but not limited to: Review the Setup of contracts within Linked Site, ensuring items and item groups have been set up correctly Provide ongoing guidance to subcontractors for the implementation and use of Linked Site Daily administration of Linked Site including mobilisation & demobilisation of staff & JV Staff, supplier setup, rates changes, password re-sets.
Assist in the production and delivery of Reporting; daily, weekly and monthly, to provide the business with project cost data, accruals and docket status.
Assist in providing coaching and support of new project users and team members to ensure no single point of failure in any related system process or workflow.
Required Skills and Competencies Advanced written & verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail Construction experience preferred but will consider other industries Proficient skills in the following software: MS Excel, MS Word, email.
