This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne.
The Project Administrator reports directly to the Chief Executive of Project Co and provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Project Co Management team.
Responsibilities Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
Coordinate effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute-taking and distribution, and coordinating follow-up actions.
Undertake document management, including Aconex.
Maintain systems for recording and storing information.
Prepare correspondence and briefing packs, reports, and papers.
About You Your experience in liaising with senior-level executives, as well as having the ability to build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders, will see you succeed in this role.
As will: Being highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and executives.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, in particular Teams, Power Point, Share Point, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Having a proactive, positive, and flexible approach.
